Are you Manufacturer or trade company?
We are factory and have export right can export directly, some trading companies get goods from our factory.
Do you accept small orders?
Yes, we can accept small orders. We do low MOQ, 1 piece is available.
What is the lead time?
Sample time 1 - 7 days, will arrive in 3 - 7 working days. Mass production 10 - 15 days after receive the deposit, it depends on the amount of the orders.
How do i know the production process?
We will give the sheet with production process on the sheet, which process finished, we will remark it and send it to you. Then you will know your orders process well to update your customers.
How to guarantee the quality of the orders correctly when we get?
Each department we have QC to check them. And before shipping, we will take the photos of the items to show you to check if all of them are correct or not.
How to make sure that our designs won't be used for the other customers?
We will keep all our customers designs confidential. Never show them on the website or to other customers.
